“Who do you think she is?”
“No idea,” Jamie said, glancing over at his friend.
“Do you think we should do something? Talk to her?”
Jamie looked at his friend in disbelief. They’d been
exploring the overgrown woods behind his grandfather’s house when they’d
stumbled across a strange looking woman.
Before he could answer, the woman turned around and stared at
them. The problem, however; was that her eyes were not in her face but her
hands.
Not waiting to see the woman’s reaction to them spying, the
two boys took off at a full run back toward the house.
Sherri, cheri....I am with the boys. I'd hightail it, too, if I ran across a spook in the woods that had to see through her hands!! No telling what other freaky-Friday things she's be able to do!! Loved this:) xo
ReplyDeleteI'd totally turn tail and run. No thank you!!! That chic is so freaky!
ReplyDeleteExcellent flash.
Oh wow...I would be running...Fast..Wonderful take on the picture..I was inspired a little late this week but posted something as well on my site.
ReplyDeleteCreeptastic!! So creative. “Who do you think she is?” now that my friend is a great first line.
ReplyDeleteI'd go straight for her and... Naw, I'd run away too. Very good Flash, Sherri!
ReplyDeleteI'm with everybody else. I'd high tail it on out of there. All she would see with the freaky eyes is my butt going in the opposite direction. lol. Great post!
ReplyDeleteThat was a fun story! I think anyone would hall tail in that situation. I enjoyed that. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI love this post, great story telling and very fitting with the picture!
ReplyDeleteFabulous take on the photo. I really want to know what happens to these to curious boys . . .
ReplyDeleteGreat FFF!
Great FFF, I wonder if those two boys will wonder from then on if what they saw was real. very creepy!
ReplyDeleteBoys will be boys - who knows, maybe that encounter kept them out of some serious trouble in the future. Sometimes, it's best not to go looking for something you may not want to find. Well done Sherri, I love the creativity.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great take on the picture. I would be running my arse in the other direction too. I could "feel" the boys feare, awesome job.
