One hundred words.
She couldn’t believe it. They weren’t at it again were they?
Picking up her binoculars, she parted her curtains just
enough to see clearly out the window and into her neighbors living room.
Unbelievable. How many times had it been this week alone?
Ten? Eleven? She’d lost count.
“Spying again?”
She jumped at the sound of her husband’s voice, and nearly
dropped the binoculars.
“You scared me.”
Walking to where she was standing at the window, her husband
drew the curtains closed. He removed the binoculars from her hands. “Guess you
need something to take your mind off the neighbors.”
