He frowned.
Although she usually wanted to wipe
that cocky grin of his off his face, she didn’t like the way this new
expression made his face look. It was out of place, unnatural.
“Fine,” he said, his
smile returning. This time, it held a devious quality. “Let’s go introduce the
guys to my new girlfriend.”
