Monday Update - February 4, 2013

The first Monday in February. Where has the time gone? Then again, anything that gets us closer to spring and rid of all this snow we've been getting is a good thing in my opinion. The only downside is that I have a ton more writing to do on my WIP, and the calendar never seems to work in my favor.

Unfortuantely, I didn't get anymore writing done this week. I ended up having to spend half a day in the dentist office this last week getting a filling redone that popped out.

This past week, I welcomed fellow TWCS author Lissa Bryan to the blog. She recently released her second book, The End of All Things. If you missed her post, click here.

Then, on Thursday I ended up driving down near Cincinnati to be interviewed by a syndicated television show called The List. It was my first television interview, so I was both excited and nervous. Click here if you'd like to watch.

Friday I took part in Flash Fiction Friday, where writers are given a picture prompt and asked to write 100 words and only 100 words about it. Its not as easy as you think it is.

Saturday kicked off my Red Zone blog tour. Its running from February 2nd thru March 2nd, and there will be interviews, guest posts, and giveaways throughout, so don't miss out. I've posted the list of all the stops below.

So that was my week. How was yours?

  1. From the post already published i've discovered red zone is teh second book of teh series. i was wondering if the first book was also a sport romance and if teh books could be read out of order and/or as stand alone

thank you a lot for this blog tour, i hope i will manage to get lucky and win a copy to discover this book^^

    thank you

    1. miki,

No, the first book, Behind Closed Doors, isn't a sports romance. The series is about 4 brothers, and each will have their own book. Gage just happens to be a professional football player. Chris from Behind Closed Doors is a builder.

The books can be read as stand alones, although, obviously the couples from the previous book will already be together in this one.

    2. thank you so much for these explanations. i'm even more impatient to get my hand on red zone now^^
