As she turned the corner, her jaw dropped. She could not believe he’d brought her here. What had he been thinking? There were naked people.
She felt him step up behind her, his arms tightly circling her waist. “What do you think?”
“Um…” Words failed her. The people in the pictures were intertwined highlighting the differences in their bodies whether that was size, color, or gender. It was…different.
“Isn’t it beautiful,” he said as if it were a foregone conclusion. “The contrast is amazing visually. I love this artist.”
Yes, the contrast was interesting, but she couldn’t get past the…naked.
Oh a prude! I thought it was an endangered species!!
ReplyDeleteHaha, great post :)
Very funny. I loved your FFF this week. Hopefully she can recover from *gasp* seeing naked bodies.
ReplyDeleteLoved it. Can't she understand that naked can be beautiful?
ReplyDeleteLove this totally different take on the pic, Sherri. Really well done.
ReplyDeleteShe just can't appreciate art. I love nude photos. They're so beautiful. She shouldn't be such a prude.
ReplyDeleteLOL! The nakedness if the best part. Nice post.:o)
ReplyDeleteNice twist and imagery. :) Loved the ending.
ReplyDeleteSherri, that was such a cool perspective on this picture. I could visualize the scene you described. I was there, in the art gallery admiring the picture and trying to calculate in my mind if I could afford to buy it. Now he is a problem on his hands, she seems a tad too uptight for a him. Loved your post.
ReplyDeleteGreat take on the picture! I loved this, you made me feel as if I was right there with them.
ReplyDeleteI hope he helps get her over the naked...like now, in the gallery... ;)
ReplyDeleteI like the take on it. She needs to get past the naked. Maybe shes uncomfortable because it turns her on?
ReplyDelete:D
